Getting Support

Here is an interactive United States support map hosted by Postpartum Support International (PSI). Click on your state for local support groups, events, and other resources. For those living outside of the US, they also have international resource listings.

PSI also has a toll-free, non-emergency helpline (in English or Spanish):

1-800-944-4773

They have specialized coordinators to help: dads and partners, dads with postpartum reactions, military families, Spanish-speaking families, and Arabic-speaking families...

...and weekly online support meetings.
